You could present the bill to the insurance carrier who insured you at the time of the accident. They might tell you that the claim is closed, but if this is the first time you are being presented with these damages, you could explain that. Good luck

Q: What kind of personal injury lawsuit do I pursue when two cars hit me and I have zero culpability and I’m injured?

If she was DUI, check with the DA's office victim assistance coordinator. Also why are you suing her--if you have collision, let your company do that. Also, you likley have an injury claim. Contact the office of Michael Koskoff--they give free consults. Tell him I suggested you call.
